If you know at the beginning of the term, before the rota is made by your team leader, that you will not be able to serve on certain Sundays, please go onto ChurchSuite and add your unavailability to those dates. Once the rota is sent out if you find that you are no longer able to serve on a Sunday that you are down to be on team, please request a swap with another team member via the team WhatsApp group.
