24 Hours of Prayer

Why 24 hours of prayer?

The idea of a 24-hour prayer meeting might make us groan—another commitment when our time is precious! But in heaven, God is receiving constant praise, day and night, from those who see His majesty and are in awe of His greatness.

In Revelation 4:8, the living creatures never cease to say, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty.” Jesus also taught us to pray for God's kingdom to come on earth.

Our 24-hour prayer meeting aims to reflect this heavenly worship. We invite you to join us in dedicating time to prayer and praise, signing up for an hour (or more!) as we focus on God together.

How it will work

During the event, there will be prayer stations set up which you can choose to use throughout your time at the hub to help guide your prayers, including activities for children.

  • Praying through the Lord’s Prayer

  • Write your own psalm

  • Reflecting on the cross

  • Prayers of worries/ burdens/ requests
