Staff and other leaders

The eldership team are supported by the core office team who have responsibilities for particular areas of church life.

Martin Segal
Martin is our full-time operations manager. He oversees Staff, Impacters, human resources, and our membership process. He continues to look after Kids & Youth work, Students, the Elders agenda, Calendars and Meetings.

Martin came to Canterbury in 2003 to study Politics at UKC and never left! He loves Football, reading and a good film.

Kristy de Robeck
Kristy works as PA to the Eldership and as an administrator.  She is responsible for looking after the Elders’ diaries, organising meetings, making bookings and other admin bits and pieces. She also helps out in the office with anything that needs doing. Kristy is married to John and before starting here has been at home caring for baby, Nathan.

Keziah Brennan
Kez is working for The City Church as the administrator overseeing projects, ministries, events and meetings. She is part of the Child Protecion team.  Kez also works for Newfrontiers as an Event Coordinator for Mobilise. 

Previously she has worked for Endometriosis UK in London looking after their fundraising and membership. Kez is married to Nick.

Lousie Harding
Louise is the part-time Case Worker for CDAC (Canterbury Debt Advice Centre) which the church runs. Over the last 2 years Louise has been part of the growing team that run CDAC and has been doing the budgeting courses for the students and church. Her main responsibility is communication with clients and creditors, either by letter or phone calls. Louise is married to Craig and has two teenage children Hayden and Abigail.

Andrew Francis
Andrew works two days a week as part of our communications team concentrating on our graphic design and video work.
