Elders
Our Elders serve us in a multitude of ways, but are notably responsible for the teaching and pastoral care of our church.
MARTIN SEGAL
Martin leads the Eldership team and has oversight of Preaching and Governance, and manages the Staff Team. He is also a Relational Mission Community Leader. He is married to Kathryn Segal and they have two daughters - Annabeth and Millie.
JOHN BAILEY
John is based at our Canterbury site. He has retired from working in pharmacy and management and is now actively involved in many areas of church life. John has oversight for Pastoral Care, Social Action and Next Generation. He is married to Kathryn Bailey and they have grown up children.
MARK NOTTAGE
Mark first came to The City Church when he was a student at UKC, and he oversees the Men’s Ministry. He is married to Tarah, and they have three children - Joel, Naomi and Maria.
NII NOI OSUTEYE
Nii Noi works as a sustainable development academic and consultant. He has oversight in the church over Welcome, Integration and Prayer. He is married to Kafui and they have two daughters - Elsie and Emma.
