City Foundations - registration form

City Foundations is for anyone considering membership of The City Church.

It is one evening where you are able to hear the history, vision and values of the church from an Elder and a member of the teaching team.  There's also plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions.

Spaces are limited, so to help us plan for the evening please use the form opposite to register for the next City Foundations.
