City Youth (mid-week)

City Youth Small Group (Years 7, 8 & 9)

Games, worship and chunky bible study in a cosy setting create an atmosphere where friendships are deepened, and members get to know God better. There’s also the opportunity to minister to one another, sharing the stresses and joys of life in a secure setting.
We meet 2 out of 4 Friday evenings a month.

City Youth Small Group – (Years 10, 11, 12, 13)

Socialising, reading the bible and praying together creates the opportunity for members of this small group to develop deep and meaningful friendships with one another but also helps them grow and mature in their relationship with God.
We meet 3 out of 4 Fridays a month

Presence (Years 7 - 13)

Each month we dwell together in the presence of God, worshipping through song, hearing the bible preached and responding to the message. Our prayer is that God will speak to the youth, and that this will lead to their growing and maturing in him.

Socials

God wants us to enjoy life in all its fullness, so we also get together once a month on a Saturday, just to have fun. We may go ice skating, or have a picnic on the beach. Whatever we do, it’s great to be together, and to have the chance to bring friends along too.

Mentoring

Mentoring offers each young person a weekly opportunity to meet with someone older and wiser, for advice, encouragement and challenge when it is needed. This may mean grabbing a coffee and a chat about life, or doing a bible study, depending on the need of each inpidual young person.
Through mentoring, we hope to see our young people growing in their relationship with Jesus, as they are supported through good times and bad.
